With this addition to our console style ultrasonic parts cleaners, the solution is pumped from the tank bottom through a filter. This in turn is reintroduced to the top surface of the water to push floating debris and oils into an overflow weir section of the tank. This prevent the clean parts from recontamination when removed from solution. An oil skimmer may be added to the weir for oil removable. See separate listing for oil skimmers.

CUSTOM DESIGNED AUTOMATED MULTI TANK CLEANING

 

Multi-tank ultrasonic wash, rinse tanks, and a drying chamber, all of which are welded into a stainless steel table-top.  The system is supported by a steel frame enclosure.  Cleaning and drying is programmable to move baskets to the next stage tank as each cycle is completed.
